  • Barton Creek greenbelt

Bordering the Lost Creek neighborhood, the greenbelt provides 22 acres with hiking trails, waterfall, and natural swimming hole. If you are looking to take the dog for a walk, put on a hiking backpack and strap the little one in, or go for a more vigorous trail run, then you will love having this oasis in your backyard.

This private country club has an 18 hole championship golf course, 16 lighted tennis courts, fitness center and a heated swimming pool. LCCC is an underrated and therefore more approachable club than nearby Barton Creek Country Club or Austin Country Club. LCCC does a great job of encouraging members to utilize it’s amenities by running swimming programs (Lost Creek Cruzers), tennis ladders and golf tournaments year-round.

  • Village at Westlake

Grab groceries at the HEB, smoothies at Juiceland, and feast on some TexMex at Lupe Tortilla. Just be prepared for mobs of teenagers if you go during lunchtime on a school day!
