Homes in Oak Hill

East Oak Hill: Homes in East Oak Hill tend to be newer (1990s or later) and larger (three and four bedrooms) than some other Austin neighborhoods. They also tend to be more expensive. The prime location, in a quiet, wooded area but close to the city, contributes to the higher property values.

West Oak Hill: West Oak Hill has a large number of established family homes for resale. The majority of homes here were built in the 1970s and 1980s.
