Lakeway

About the Neighborhood

The entire neighborhood has either direct access to the lake or a short commute to reach it. Although the area is a fair distance from Austin, it is a straightforward drive on Hwy. 71, a major west Austin thoroughfare. Although effectively an Austin suburb, Lakeway is actually a separate city, with its own city council and police and emergency departments.
